AT A GLANCE
To say Vitrue has had an exciting 2011 would be quite an understatement. The social marketing software company kicked off the
year with a Series C funding announcement and hasn’t slowed down
since. With acquisitions, partnerships, global expansion and product upgrades—and a whole lot in between—Vitrue has been making aggressive, strategic moves with one primary goal in sight:
delivering clients the most robust and innovative social marketing
platform available. Clearly the industry has taken notice. During the
first eight months of 2011, Vitrue more than doubled revenue over
2010, added more than 200 new clients, hired 100 new employees
and expanded internationally, in London, with several additional
overseas offices slated to open by year-end.
Growth is due to rapid adoption of its industry-leading Vitrue
Social Relationship Management (SRM) platform, aided by social
media’s continued worldwide expansion and marketing importance.
As social continues to grow and mature, the technologies and capabilities available to marketers will need to keep pace. That was the
idea behind Vitrue’s late summer debut of Vitrue SRM 3.0, the company’s most expansive and innovative upgrade to date, giving marketers unprecedented social marketing capabilities that easily achieve
scale through localization, enhanced analytics and sophisticated
functionalities, all managed on one centralized dashboard.
Vitrue’s company philosophy is tried-and-true simplicity: Deliver a superior product with unparalleled client support and service globally, regionally and locally. In early 2011, Vitrue began

Q: Give us one reason social is important to
Mr. Bradford: In one word: relationships. No
other medium has ever allowed for a brand-consumer relationship like social does. Social
provides an avenue for brands to develop a
true two-way, ongoing relationship with consumers. Treated and managed correctly, those
